Do you inspect…. (insert commercial property type here)?
YES! McDargh inspects all types of commercial real estate located anywhere in the United States, including industrial (warehouse, distribution, flex, R&D, manufacturing), office (low-rise, high-rise, single-tenant, multi-tenant, medical), hospitality (hotel, motel, resorts, luxury, alternative lifestyle), retail (single tenant, big box, strip center, anchored retail, power centers, enclosed and open-air malls), multifamily (apartments, garden style, townhouses, mobile home communities; student, senior, ACLF, nursing home, and affordable housing), land and development sites, special purpose, and everything in between.
Do you really mean “throughout the United States”?
YES! It may take us a little longer to find the trail, climb that mountain, or the needle in the urban haystack, but we can get there if one of our consultants doesn’t already live there!
Do you provide inspection services in Puerto Rico? In Canada?
No. We cover the 50 United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
How much does your report costs?
Good question! What do you want to know? Let’s talk and you tell us what you are looking for and how fast you need it and we can provide a proposal promptly. It costs you nothing to talk.

Not sure of how much information you really need?
Let us help you design a form that provides the salient answers within your budget.
I was told I need a PCA (Property Conditions Assessment). Why do I need a site inspection?
The two reports are very different. A PCA provides specific details about the structural integrity and professional analysis of conditions of systems and the site.
The McDargh Consulting report provides an overview of observable conditions of the structure as well as a vast amount of data about the property including its position in the neighborhood market, the visibility and access of the site, the apparent viability of and current consumer traffic to tenants, anticipated issues that may impact the success of a property, and much, much more.
The McDargh Team regularly works along side the Engineer and Appraiser. Our reports complement other reports while being totally independent of any outside influence.
